What to Avoid
- Outdated editions: DELE exam format changes occasionally. Check the copyright year — anything before 2022 may use old task types.
- All-in-one books with no audio: If a book claims to cover everything but has no CD or download link, skip it. Listening is 25% of the score.
- Books written only in Spanish: At A1 level, you need English explanations for grammar. Pure Spanish resources are better for B1+.
