- Age: No minimum age. Candidates under 16 may need parental consent (check with your test center).
- Nationality: Open to all. Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi — any passport works.
- Residency: Not required. You can take the test from any country with an ETS-authorized center.

Special Categories & Accommodations
ETS provides reasonable accommodations for test-takers with disabilities or health conditions. You must request these at the time of registration — not on test day.

Who Should NOT Take This Test?
TOEIC Listening & Reading measures receptive skills only — listening and reading comprehension. It does not test speaking or writing. If you need a four-skill certification (for immigration, university admission, or certain job roles), consider TOEFL iBT or IELTS Academic instead.
- Immigration: Not accepted for visa or PR applications.
