Refunds & Cancellations

At LanguageTest.in (operated by Talent Networking, Hubli, India), we are committed to providing a high-quality testing experience. Because our products are digital, all sales are final. This policy explains our terms regarding purchases, cancellations, and service credits.


1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or one-time exam packages under any circumstances. We provide a comprehensive free trial and demo flow, and we ask that you use this feature to fully evaluate our platform and ensure it meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

2. Subscription Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you maintain full control over your recurring subscriptions to prevent future charges:

  • Auto-renewal: You may cancel your subscription’s auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
  • Access: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until that period ends.
  • Pro-rated refunds: We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

3. Failed Services and Technical Issues

While purchases are non-refundable, we stand by our technology. If a paid AI scoring run fails due to an error on our end (e.g., server outages, AI provider failures not resolved within 24 hours, or corrupted audio that our system cannot process), we will:

  • Re-run the score at no additional charge to you; or
  • Credit the failed exam attempt back to your account so it does not count against your quota.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges

If you spot a duplicate charge or a transaction you did not authorise, please reach out to us immediately at billing@languagetest.in with your transaction ID. We will investigate the issue and reverse any verified duplicate charges within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We are always willing to resolve reasonable billing concerns or technical issues through our support channels. We kindly request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

  • Please note: Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any non-waivable consumer rights you may be entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian laws.
